Its location was central, a minute walk from Jackson Square Shopping Mall. What's more, it was very close to a mall, which gave everyone a variety of affordable meal options, all commercial shops like in a mall and the convention centre.

I appreciated the comfortable Junior Suite and the friendly staff. While the external noise during the night was a bit disruptive, the art showcased throughout the hotel added a unique charm to my experience.

The location was perfect for us as we were in Hamilton to attend our daughter's Convocation ceremony across the street at the Hamilton Convention Centre.
The rooms are small and we felt we did not get good quality for the price we paid. The double beds are smaller than a regular double bed size.

The reason for my visit was not a happy one - family funeral; however, given that, the hotel was a perfect place to retreat after a day of planning for that and spending hours with family. It was nice to be able to return to a room that was immaculate, to the two queen size beds (for my daughter and myself, who shared the room during our stay) with wonderfully comfy pillows! We truly needed good nights' sleeps to rejuvenate each day and we got that. I would definitely return another time.

The Sheraton provided an excellent experience during my recent business trip. The staff was friendly and efficient, assisting me promptly with my check-in and providing valuable recommendations for dining options nearby. My room was well-appointed, with a comfortable workspace essential for my needs. The location made it easy to explore downtown after work hours.
There was noticeable external noise during the night.

Facilities and staff are great. King room on 14th floor was top notch, spotless and well appointed. Loved the bed linens and comfy bed; flat screen tv. Lovely spotless bathroom. Desk was well set up with power and internet connection (extra $$). We used the Fitness room and pool which were great.Front desk staff were all very professional and friendly and helpful when our luggage (with toiletries) was delayed. Hotel was chosen for convenience and location to Copps Coliseum as it was the host hotel for the Around the Bay Race.
Downsides are the additional charges for everything and dull location. *Restaurant Chagall's is horrifically expensive. Example: Hot oatmeal is $8.50; cup of tea is $4.00. We reluctantly had breakfasts there for convenience but chose to have dinner elsewhere. *Parking was $9.95 /day *Internet in room is extra cost *Free internet available in business center and free wireless in lobby. Location is downtown and no options for tourist/ entertainment but was convenient for our event.

We loved the spacious standard king room with wonderful amenities. The location was perfect, right next to a huge shopping center where we found an amazing massage therapist. The staff surprised us with an upgrade at check-in, a lovely touch!

Heated underground parking, attractive decor, good attention to detail on the part of staff, Green Choice ($5 reward for not having linens changed; a great idea)
No in-room microwave or refrigerator; relatively expensive wired in-room Internet.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
The room was spacious and well-appointed. One thing that could improve is the soundproofing between rooms, as I could hear my neighbors at times.

Expensive parking, no breakfast buffet, old and not nice hotel overall impression, rooms were probably not renovated for a long time (old dirty wallpaper and used furniture)
